I was going to give a bad review, but I decided to go into KFC and give them back my 6 wings with receipt and see how they handled my return. It went well better then I thought. I walked in and ask to speak with a manager the man standing there said he was a general Manager and what can he do for me I explained the wings were so over cooked that it crumbled in my hand and the meat was extremely dry, So the general manager said I'll do 1 better for you and to make it up he offered me 12 Fresh Cooked Wings, let me tell you they were the best wings ever from them. So I don't know his name but he had a tattoo on his neck and reddish/blonde short hair I want to thank you for making my service a better 1 and glad I didn't put in a bad review. Mr.General manager again I want to thank you, if you keep doing the right thing good things will come and you'll do great As a Manager I hope you Reach your success and run that place with good stick rule and many less mistakes .

Waited 20 minutes to dine in...Missed a mashed potato and gravy, had to ask for our biscuits, never received our cookies. All the tables were filthy...Extra crispy K2, chicken was dry...Cole slaw was terrible.

I would say no stars but not an option. Terrible customer service, never open for inside. Then you sit in line for 20 minutes you finally get to the window and are only serving the taco bell part. Maybe putting signs on the door before a mother drags her two kids out of her car and up to the door for it to be locked. Or putting a sign at the take-out drive-thru saying that you're only serving certain things. I guess the times are tough but can you maybe pull yourself together and get it together

Apparently the KFC corporate or management never read the reviews or visit this store! This location needs to close until they get their act together. As mentioned in every other review, the drive through line is always long & slow moving. When we went there for dinner tonight we were greeted with “Welcome to KFC/Taco Bell. We don’t have any chicken tenders, biscuits, hot wings, etc, etc. Everything we tried to order brought a response of “I’ll have to check to see if we have enough of that”. One thing we tried to order was the 6pack of wings. He said “we only have 4”. Another time we visited we were told they weren’t doing chicken -only Taco Bell. This goes way beyond staffing or “supply chain issues”. What they need is new management or they need to close!!
