very terrible service and awful location. every thing I tried to order they apparently don't sell. no soft serve ice cream, then couldn't order a milkshake either. after back and forth 5hey don't take coupons. on top of every item I tried to order the front worker had to go to the back and ask the manager how to do it. but after all that I was happy of my order of the Oreo sundae since I knew it wouldn't be able to be cooked wrong cause they just take it out of the freezer since I wouldn't trust them to cook the meat to be able to be edible. was very good, and was happy with my order 3v3n 5hough they forgot to give it to me for a few minutes, worst part was when he finally remembered to serve me the Oreo sundae he handed me it in less than 30secindw because it was right under the counter and literally just stood there spacing out for few minutes till he realized I didn't order burgers and he could of literally just immediately handed me my order but just was in a totally different world.

It was suppose to open at 7am, almost 8:30am and STILL was closed. Employees was inside by 7:45am and still wasn't ready so l just left

Excellent service, polite staff and low wait times to receive food. Conveniently located on main Street downtown Hartford. There is plenty of local public transport available, and easy access via car, bike, or on foot.

This place is not just making me question them but the operations of safety, the health inspectors if there has been any health inspector involved here over the pass year. I know fast food can get bad but this is abysmal. Disgusting. Food served way pass their expiration. Leaks from the ceiling. Never open on time. Filled trash bins. How has this place not been closed down??? It's unsafe. A eyesore to the public
