Sooo I was really excited to get my hair done after not touching it all quarantine and we were having our first family portraits done that weekend so I had made a hair apt a couple weeks in advance with Christina through her Instagram. I confirmed the apt the day before, and on the day of I showed up and she was not there. Her coworkers were not wearing masks and told ME to try and get a hold of her. I messaged her and waited about 45 minutes with no response so I left. The next day she opened and read my message and completely left me hanging. I wouldn’t have minded if she had messaged and cancelled or at LEAST told her job she wasn’t coming in so they could relay the message. Like girl I’m a full time stay at home mom and had to make special arrangements for this, just to completely get blown off. It’s so unprofessional and was honestly really upsetting. Not to mention not one worker was wearing their mask the entire time I was in there. Don’t waste your time or money on these people. 🤚🏻

She delivers clean, efficient, and quick, customer service every single time and without a doubt has never steered me wrong when it comes to styling my hair. I can genuinley say Navy is the best barber/hair stylist I've had since I was a child!!!!!!😁
