Horrible. They lost my order and then “wrote it down” on a napkin just to have more than half my order missing and the other half wrong!! I’m lactose intolerant and they ruined my entire meal. We got there at 12:30am in line for an hour for a meal made wrong. The line wasn’t even worth waiting in. I got home at 2am.

Was there Saturday night and it’s basically an employee hangout spot. Ordered two large drinks and they gave them to me hot with no ice. When I asked to get refunded for the drinks they went and got ice from the front. Then more than half my order was missing or made wrong. Very poor management the place is a joke. Gave them back the food and asked for a complete refund and they would not. $40? I called the cops and got my cash back but won’t be going there again. What a disgrace.

Spent 15 minutes waiting in the drive-thru, I think one car moved. I can't wait an hour to get Taco Bell, I had to pull out of the drive-thru and leave and go somewhere else. It's supposed to be fast food, I could go to a restaurant sit down order food and eat dinner before I could get through this drive-thru line. Maybe if these fast food restaurants actually paid a living wage they wouldn't be short staffed. If you can't run a business don't even open.

So i get there today... Car at the window myself only car at the speaker, raining sideways. Waited extended time. Asked if i could order at window, no response. Pulled to window got instant attitude, still only car there. Asked who was manager, was told he is. Long story short he refused my order with no other customers in line. I've managed in the retail space and would never turn a customer away, especially my only customer. Tried to ascertain management contact to no avail.
