So yes I was told an estimated time arrival on the phone I have on my delivery wouldn’t get here but it would be nice if the driver can at least buzz me and let me know that they’re outside because just because I was given an estimated time arrival anything can happen from there to my house so I was just sitting in my house waiting and wondering why my pizza hasn’t gotten here so lack of communication skills now good

I have had problems with my order a few times, first time the wings had no flavoring so we called and they told us we had a credit for a free order of wings next time. The next time I called and ordered they told me they couldn't find that they owed us and refused to honor it. Next time we ordered our pizza was burnt and when I called they tried to tell me that's how it's cooked. Like hell it is. They didn't want to even make me a new one but when they finally did we had to give them the old one back. How pathetic is that? Why? Cause Domino's doesn't make Bank already right?

Horrible customer service. Staff is very rude and also violates the city's mask wearing policy creating a public health hazard. Go to a different Domino's where your treated with respect and one that doesn't endanger your health through code violations.
