I love working here. This team is truly a family who loves and cares for their residents! Beautiful boutique-style community, tucked away for privacy. A hidden gem. I would recommend anyone to work or live here.

This place is a joke. I worked here for about a month. The residents are so sweet and love getting one on one time although it is nearly impossible to give them what they deserve. They only schedule one "caregiver" and one medication aid per shift. For 30 residents, that is not nearly a positive ratio. They are all about the money and are merely trying to keep the costs low. I find it extremely disrespectful to tell an elder, or anybody who needs help for that matter "your going to have to wait for attention it's only me and there are 30 of you". They pay a degradful wage, $11. For everything we have to do? For all we are responsible for? They might be able to find caregivers who stick around if they pay a decent wage, but they don't care what the residents go through. Do you think they think about how uncomfortable it must be to see a nice face all the time? No because Lori the manager of the sorry home is salary. She doesn't truly care about their well being. Oh and Kassi? The RN for the house? She's never there. Maybe once a week? She's salary too, does she care? Only about herself. Do NOT put your family in this home, it's terrible. They deserve more attention then they will get, better food and NOT to be charged $5,000 a month to be pushed to the side.
