Great place to live. Beautiful apartments, friendly staff. Only reason I moved out was because of a job transfer. It’s only missing a pool and gym for 5 stars.

Lived here for 2 years and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. There is absolutely no sound proofing or insulation, and you hear everything! Constant banging and stomping if your neighbors have kids. You literally feel every move. you hear people going to the bathroom, etc. When I say everything, I mean everything! The only great thing about this place is it's location and gorgeous area, so if decent sleep and relaxation aren't a priority to you, have at it. Dawn Homes has a lot of nerve branding this place as "Luxury".
