Great local gym with everything you need for a well qualified gym goer. Lots of open space and lots of well maintained equipment. Good day pass price and friendly staff. Clean and well worth it!

I have been a regular member over 10 years and find it to be the best gym ever and the staff are super. The owner is considerate and knowledgeable. A single use is 10. and you will see - the greatest gym in Ulster County and handy to Woodstock.

I've been going to the 28 West Gym for close to a year, and I am delighted with the level of professionalism, with the quality of the facilities, and with the ability of the staff. The facility is clean, well maintained, and well managed. The equipment is in good condition. Anyone living in or visiting the Route 28 corridor from Kingston to Shandaken will be satisfied.

Hi Ahna, our classes are mixed level. However, many new people take the classes. Simply let the instructors know that it's your first time so they can show you some modifications.
