A manager named Bill with short grey hair ran right into me, shoulder to shoulder, while I was standing in pharmacy line to get my prescriptions filled. Do you think he said anything about what just happened?!?! Of course not. He went on to conduct himself into a pow-wow with other employees. Mind you I made it clear that I was not understanding his purpose for doing so w/o saying something in follow up fashion by saying to him in an upset tone, 'Excuse me'! Do you think he responded to that? Of course not. He carries himself around like he is the king of the universe because he is a manager at Rite-Aid? He should, in that position, conduct himself more accordingly, and be an example to others below him at his place of employment. Whether he is a good worker does not negate the fact that customers come 1st.

This store us clean and nest, most staff is friendly. I come here often. I chose this location over the convenience stores near by.
