They make you wait 30+ minutes (with more than half the seats empty). The covid restrictions are over by the way. Then you wait 35 minutes before before you're even seen by staff for drinks. Then wait 45 for the food, then another 30 for the check. I've traveled across the country in less time.

Trying to get a casino host to help me. Seems impossible. On the road from Fl heading up there. Want to play games on line. Need player clubs games! Yes I know I need to use real money hence I need player club card number. No host seems to want to help

Service is among the worst I’ve ever had,you practically have to beg for a refill of your drink.I will never return and if you like to eat and get out go somewhere else.I give one star only because the food is decent.

Food is usually good. People working there are not. I've never had a good experience at this restaurant. Last time I went my salad got mixed up and they made me pay for the larger salad. Just went there tonight and our waiter, Trevor, comes back after a long wait to inform us that my husband's card was declined. We ended up paying just fine with my own card which is linked to the very same account. This waiter was very annoying, at our table bugging us the entire time. Go for the food. Be prepared for a bad experience.
