Great experience. I knew what products I wanted to check out before I got there. I was greeted when I walked in the door and then left alone to browse after that, which is exactly what I prefer. Nobody following you around and harping on you every 2 minutes asking if they can help you find something. I was able to try on the 4 pairs of boots I wanted to look at and ended up buying the exact perfect pair! The TCX Hero WP boots!

Nice quite store. Staff were super helpful. Not sure if it's a normal thing but they only had two helmets in stocks that were my size (2xl) out of the at least 100 models on the wall. Store has a little bit of everything you might need.

The sales staff were very helpful. I told them what I was looking for and they directed me to the area. They made recommendations based on their experience but were not pushy at all. I bought a few items I was looking for but decided I’d wait on some other items. There was no pressure to buy any of it now much less all of it. They seemed to be knowledgeable of the items I was looking at and would assume they are fairly knowledgeable about most of their merchandise. I would definitely recommend!!!

The crew at Cycle Gear are really helpful! They are knowledgeable in SO many things motorcycle! I worked with multiple people for helmet and comm set-up, riding gear, and special grips. They gave great service. I was looking for some special items and they took the time to find them online and order them to my home.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.

They don't sell complete bikes, just parts and accessories.
They sell just about every major brand along with their house brand (Bilt) and believe they have at least one 3/4 helmet in each.
