Limited parking. Adequate benches and seating for picnics. A paved or gravel path takes you partially around the lake and directly to Benicia Community Park. Beautiful views of the water and surrounding hills, especially when the hills are green. Great place for dog walking. Open every day.

A great place to take a walk. The first time I went there I saw a bobcat on one of the back hills to be careful. Then you got the roving band of turkeys and the occasional snake. Great for fishing, but watch out for ticks I saw some and they are pretty bad this year.

There is a long path next to the reservoir that leads to a bunch of outdoor recreation. The skate park, dog park, roller hockey rink, disc golf course and 6 baseball fields are the highlight. The high paths overlook all of these. It's pretty busy. We were in the way of disc golfers a couple of times. Part gravel, part dirt path and part paved path.

Great place to take your dogs. Nice trail walk to Benicia park as well!

Not unusual to see a dog or two in there....but yeah, no humans in there. Just fishing.
