Myself and our company have used Nancy's floral exclusively for over 10 years and have counted on them to always provide beautiful arrangements. I ordered this beautiful arrangement a couple weeks ago and upgraded it to the "Make it Gorgeous" option wich is the most expensive option with the most flowers. The arrangement I received was nothing like the picture. There were a few roses and a few gerbers and mostly carnations. There were no matsumoto asters, not ONE. It had a very sparse amount of filler. The arrangement looked like someone had taken flowers out of it, it was so sparse. I was too embarrassed to give it to my very good friend ON HER BIRTHDAY. My assistant called Nancy's floral because surely there was a mistake, and was told that they go by a "recipe" and it had everything it was supposed to. She was told that in the photo, they push all the flowers to the front to make the arrangement look full and what we received is what we ordered. We were refused a refund or a new arrangement. After much back and forth she was finally told a manager would call her back, which didn't happen until the next day. The manager basically said the same and was not willing to make it right. Finally she was told that they would bring a new arrangement which we declined because it was too late and took so much work to get to that. The arrangement went in the garbage because I didn't pay that much for an arrangement of carnations and Nancy's Floral is not a company I want to do business with again, considering we have been loyal customers for so many years. I'm very disappointed about the entire experience. I've attached a photo of the picture on their website as well as a picture of what we received.

We worked with Rob at Nancy's Floral for all of our wedding flowers, which included numerous bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, garlands, and accent pieces! I can't even begin to tell you how absolutely thrilled we were with how they turned out... We met with Rob Cook a couple times, and he completely helped us bring our flower dreams to life! He knew what we wanted before we even knew what we wanted. We had checked around with a couple wedding vendors, and found that Nancy's Floral had the best pricing and great service. They also came and set everything up at our wedding venue on Mt. Hood. We got so many compliments on the flowers, and I really felt like the flowers captured our personalities and helped make our wedding day extra special. I would recommend Nancy's Floral for all your floral needs!
