The staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

Excellent service at the pumps. Always a friendly attendant even though it can be a tight squeeze when it’s busy there. A shout-out to Brad for cleaning all the wildfire ash off of my windshield during the fill up.

The only place I get fuel. The staff is always friendly and they have a great selection on food items. It is a VERY clean store!

The station itself is just fine, but every single time I come here the employees are super rude to me. I swear I am all kinds of nice to them, but they always treat me like trash for some reason. The first time I needed propane filled the guy kept sighing and telling me that they were too busy and they would get to it whenever they could (I had no problem with that except the fact that he said it so rudely). The second time he practically yelled at me and told me I need to be calling ahead to tell them because they really don't have time to fill my propane tanks. The third time (today) I called ahead of time and the dude (different person) acted like I was crazy for calling ahead, so I get there and the first guy tells me he can't fill them because he doesn't have time, and tells me I need to find someone else. So I go inside and the second guy tells me he doesn't have time and someone else will do it (there was literally nobody else in the store besides the two of us, and only one other car outside). I told him I have no problem waiting, I'm not in a hurry, and he continued being rude and told me I'm the lowest on the totem pole. I don't understand why I'm always treated this way when I come here, but this will be the last time. I would rather drive to Tillamook.

Hours of operation; open at 4am - closing at 11pm I think.
I learned recently that this employee has been fired, but in this entire year I have not been contacted by this Shell's owner or anyone from corporate. I am not looking for anything monetary. Looking for an apology. Not getting one. Go to the Chevron. Owned and run by much more customer service oriented people. I only wish they had propane, but for your gas and snacks, don't go to the money making non human machine called Shell, stick with with the service and quality you can get at Chevron. Shell could not care less for its customers. It is obvious as they look at the customers with disdain. It's like it is a huge problem for them to bother with helping anyone. It is awful. I am sure they will look back one day and realize that keeping customers is tough without some kind of customer service pollcies in place as they lose station after station.
