The legs looked old and I think they were cooked yesterday. The potatoes cold and the gravy had a weird smell and taste. My wife and my daughter were very upset with the food. Come on KFC you are going down hill. FIX YOUR FOOD

Apparently closing at 9:00 means they quit cooking at 8:15. (They said they're fryers were off for the night)

I love KFC. This one has a chronic issue with speed. The drive through should not take 25 minutes. The people are nice and the food is good but I don't go when I'm hungry because I won't eat for at least another half hour and then the drive home... it is what it is I guess.

KFC is doing really well inspite the large amount business and long lines Niles has during any normal feeding time. Some people may get frustrated waiting but the quality of the food is good and the employees are running around shorthanded yet still pushing out service. Kudos to them. Ordering online is also very easy you walk right in and see a designated area for you food with a clear label showing your name.
