Zero stars. This place is the worst. Half of the washers and dryers don't work most of the time. And when they do work they take a long time. And the dryers are too expensive. Some dryers are 6 minutes for one quarter and the others are 50 cents to start and then its 3min. a quarter on top of that. I recommend that no one should come here and in fact this is the last time that I'm coming here. I would rather drive farther for better washers and dryers. Or would rather spend hundreds of dollars on my own washer and dryer.

Nice clean place, decent newer washers and dryers, not too bad of an experience... However, there's no staff, so if you need anything you got to kind of call this number then they help you with whatever you need. So for some people that might be a problem, but other than that pretty decent experience.

My 5 star review was for Lady Bug Cleaners in Michigan City located on rte 20. I went there after spending too much and leaving with damp clothes. There is never an attendant at this laundromat.

I have been here several times and have had money taken from me by the machines. I’ve already put my soap and softener in after inserting so many coins it won’t take anymore or it says you still owe after you’ve put more than asked not only the washers but the dryers as well. The washers always stink. Several machines out of order. No one is ever at the window even during certain hours it states there should be someone. Called both the numbers provided on the window stating for immediate assistance no one answered no one called back. I will not come back to this run down place. It’s a money pit!!
