For several years I have purchased the bacon wrapped filet mignon packages (2 per package) and they have been delicious (from Winco). The last two times (2 packages per time) over the past couple of months, what was a tender steak has turned into a cut of gristle and difficult to chew, with the last one I had being given to the dogs. This is no longer filet....it is a cut of second or third grade beef. And this is even after marinating for a few hours. Expensive item gone to the dogs. We will no longer purchase this item....sad ending.

Fabulous Beef filets! I seasoned them with steak spice, wrapped them in bacon and seared them 3 min per side for medium rare. Basted with garlic butter and served..besr ever

We were given a package of the Naturally Hickory Smoked chicken leg quarters. I was shocked at how wonderful it tasted. It tasted almost like smoked ham. We ate on it for days. The meat was very tender and simply delicious. I highly recommend this product. :).

We had extra family show up for the weekend and I sent my husband to buy more meat for dinner, he purchased the hamburger and the beef top sirloin steaks, IT WAS THE WORST MEAT WE HAVE EVER PURCHASED!!! The hamburger was chunky and had a strange taste, it was horrible!. The top sirloin was not edible and full of gristle and tendons, we ended up throwing it out. I wouldn't use this company ever again even if it was FREE!

I found out, the answer is actually they won't let you file a complaint, they literally just don't care. They do whatever they want, and think there is no consequences. The correct answer is to get the fire department involved.
I don't really think so. I'm wondering the same thing. Most grass fed beef companies will list that immediately on their website.

I have bought these for years. The grade has to be choice and on occasion, has to be select or less. I could not cut the filet..could not chew it other than chew til I got the flavor out. I have had 3 or 4 of such in 8, 9 years if buying. I think that long. I'd like to post a picture and I have all of my teeth. Disappointed!
