Gave me raw and soggy chicken and then Kelly “The District Manager” kept arguing how it “looked cooked” to her when requested refund. Also, violated a health code right in front of me by putting a kitchen tong in the contaminated food then placed tong back in with the others. Ruined KFC for me.

First off.. my son loves some Kentucky Fried Chicken!! He never stops talking about your Chicken. We buy usally once a month and he goes insane when we bring the bucket home.

We sat in the line waiting for them to take our order for a good 10 minutes. Then we sat at the window waiting for someone to acknowledge we were there for another 30 minutes before they took our payment. Meanwhile they served 5+ customers at the counter. Ridiculous.

Biscuits was grease disk and chicken was soggy and cold . No one answers the phone so 40 bucks in the trash.
